Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Contact our support team to initiate a return. We will provide a return reference and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will happily exchange it at no cost. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
